Ky-Mani Marley was a popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most affluent. In the classic cult movie Shottas he starred opposite Wyclef. Ky-Mani got signed to Shang Records in 1996 where the first album he put out was With Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles such as Judge Not with Patra and Dear Dad (which reached the top of the British Reggae Charts), How Does The Cap Go Remix, and Sensimelia. The majority of them helped contribute to Ky's growing popularity among the new generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell from Fugees in the song Avenue in 1997. It proved to be a massively successful cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley performed for the first time at Midem which is an international festival of music held in Miami. Marley presented a show on the Cameo Theatre which was live broadcasted to 36 other countries. Marley was engaged in a bidding war. In 1997, she signed a contract with Gee Street Records/V2 Records. They also finished the project in conjunction with P.M. Dawn who sang Gotta Movin' on Up in the track. He is the only son to Bob Marley and his table tennis champion wife Anita Belnavis. Ky-Mani is among the most wealthy Reggae Singer from Jamaica. According to Business Insider and Wikipedia's report Ky-Mani's net worth is $5 million. His mom encouraged her son to study piano as well as guitar. The name is a reference to his East African words for Adventurer Traveler. Ky-Mani Marley was born in Jamaica on February 26 the 26th of February, 1976. He is an Jamaican singer and reggae artist. His name comes from East African origin and means an adventurous traveler. Bob Marley had only one child, Anita Belnavis. She was Jamaican tennis champion.
